Standard Wash & Fold — $2.00 per pound
15-pound / $30 minimum • Returned within 48 hours

Express Wash & Fold — $2.75 per pound
$40 minimum • Returned within 24 hours

A temporary authorization of $40 per Standard-service bag or $55 per Express-service bag is placed when you book. Each bag may weigh up to 20 pounds. After pickup, your laundry is weighed and the authorized amount is captured. If your final service total is lower, we promptly refund the difference to your original payment method.

How does the card authorization work?

A temporary authorization of $40 per Standard-service bag or $55 per Express-service bag is placed when you schedule. After pickup, your laundry is weighed and the authorized amount is captured. If the final service total is less than the captured amount, Linen Laundry Co. promptly refunds the difference to your original payment method. Your bank or card provider determines when the refund appears.

What is the minimum order?

Standard service has a 15-pound or $30 minimum. Orders weighing less than 15 pounds are charged the $30 minimum. Express service has a $40 minimum.

What laundry can I send?

We accept standard machine-washable clothing, towels, sheets, and household linens. Heavily soiled items, stain-removal treatment, dry cleaning, and specialty-care items are not included.

*Any item that can be considered a health hazard and is soiled with bodily fluids cannot be accepted.

Can my clothes be returned on hangers?

Yes. Provide your hangers at pickup and identify the garments you want returned hanging. Items without supplied hangers will be folded neatly.

When will my laundry be returned?

Standard orders are returned within 48 hours. Express orders are returned within 24 hours and are subject to availability.
