LOCAL PICKUP AND DELIVERY POLICY

Service area

Linen Laundry Co. currently provides free laundry pickup and return delivery within the following Dallas ZIP codes:

75235, 75220, 75209, and 75225

Orders with addresses outside these ZIP codes are not currently eligible for service.

Pickup schedule

Pickups are available on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday during the appointment windows displayed when booking. Each appointment is a two-hour arrival window rather than an exact arrival time.

Customers must book at least 12 hours before the selected pickup window. Laundry must be securely bagged, accessible, and ready at the beginning of the scheduled window.

Delivery timing

Standard Wash & Fold orders are generally returned within 48 hours of pickup.

Express Wash & Fold orders are generally returned within 24 hours of pickup.

Turnaround times may be affected by severe weather, unsafe travel conditions, inaccessible properties, equipment issues, customer-requested changes, or circumstances outside our reasonable control. If a material delay occurs, we will contact the customer using the information provided with the order.

Pickup and delivery instructions

Customers must provide a complete and accurate service address, telephone number, access instructions, and any information needed to locate and safely collect or return the laundry.

Linen Laundry Co. is not responsible for delays or unsuccessful service caused by incorrect addresses, locked or inaccessible locations, unsafe animals, missing access information, or laundry that is not ready when we arrive.

Missed pickups

Customers may cancel or reschedule without charge at least 12 hours before their pickup window. Cancellations made inside 12 hours, inaccessible or unavailable laundry, and missed pickups may be charged a $10 late-cancellation/no-show fee.
