HOW PAYMENT WORKS

A temporary authorization of $40 for Standard service or $55 for Express service is placed on your card when you book.

After pickup, your laundry is weighed and the authorized amount is captured. If your final service total is less than the amount captured, we promptly refund the difference to your original payment method.

Your final cost is based on the actual laundry weight, subject to the applicable service minimum. The time required for a refund to appear depends on your bank or card provider.

Choose scented or hypoallergenic detergent. Provide hangers at pickup for garments you want returned hanging. Heavily soiled items, stain-removal treatment, dry cleaning, and specialty-care items are not included.
